Competition Official Rules

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Hoopsy Co, 100 Fore St, Portland, Maine 04101 (“Sponsor”).

2. Promotion Period

The giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on Sunday, May 10, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on Monday, May 18, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter. The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the entry form on this page. Entry method may include one or more of the following: following Sponsor, liking or commenting on a post, tagging a friend, or completing a signup form, as specified in the promotion materials.

Only entries that are complete and submitted during the Promotion Period will be eligible. Limit one entry per person, unless Sponsor expressly states otherwise. Automated, bulk, or fraudulent entries are prohibited and may result in disqualification.

5. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, payment, donation, or other consideration is required to enter or win. A purchase will not improve the odds of winning.

6. Prize

There will be 10 winners. Each winner will receive one 3-month fertility snail mail subscription from Sponsor. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize is $30, and the total ARV of all prizes is $300.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about Tuesday, May 19, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified by email on or about Tuesday, May 19, 2026. Each potential winner must respond within 5 business days of notification, or Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Sponsor may require the winner to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond in time, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

9. Shipping and Fulfillment

Prizes will be fulfilled only to addresses within the United States. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, or undeliverable mail caused by inaccurate entry information or postal service issues. Subscription fulfillment timing may depend on winner verification and processing time.

10. Taxes

Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if any, associated with acceptance or use of the prize. Sponsor may issue tax forms where required by law.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited, entry into the giveaway constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, notice, or approval.

12. Social Media Platform Disclaimer

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform used to promote it. Participants release the relevant platform from any and all liability arising out of or related to the giveaway.

13. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive, deceptive, or unsportsmanlike manner.

14. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

15. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices and for the administration of the giveaway, including contacting winners and fulfilling prizes.

16. Governing Law

This giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

17. Winner List

For the names of winners, send a request to us via the contact page within 30 days after the Promotion Period ends.
