You’re already carrying enough. Let the mail carry something for you.

Usually, it is because they are looking for connection, they want to get something lovely in the mail each month (which is not a bill), they are looking for support, and a way to feel special. The fact that it is offline is a great way to people to take time out, and be in the moment without any distractions.

It depends on the club, but there is always a letter, the rest of the contents vary it might be a poem, artwork, a recipe or crossword.  In my fertility club each month I handwrite you a letter, there is a nourishing recipe written by a fertility nutritionalist, a positive affirmation, a mindful moment card with an activity and a surprise gift which changes each month.

Usually, each snail mail subscription club sends out its letters once a month.  We send out ours on the 1st of the month, or slightly earlier if the 1st is on a weekend.

Great question. Depending on where you live, my letters are sent from California in US, by USPS, which is regular mail, no tracking.  If you are in the USA, I’d say allow 1-2 weeks after the 1st of the month, before you start worrying.  If you are outside the USA allow 3 weeks, so around 21st of the month. Then, if nothing has arrived, get in touch.  Unfortunately, I have no control over the USA postal system, but I will resend it if it doesn’t arrive.  We hate it when things don’t arrive.

Yes.  It makes a great gift for a loved friend or family member. Not only does it support them on their fertility journey, but it also reminds them of you each month.

When you order choose the 3 or 6 month subscription, you can put their name and address in at the checkout shipping information.

Yes, as I mentioned, everything is sent from the USA. I do charge a bit extra for letters sent outside the USA, as the postage costs more.  Yep, we know it sucks; maybe one day we will have so many subscribers that we can have club ambassadors in each country sending out the letters…

If you order before the 28th of the month you will get next month’s letter sent to you.  So if you order on April 20th your first letter will be sent on May 1st, or if you order on April 28th your first letter will be sent on May 1st, but if you order on April 29th your first letter will be sent on June 1st – although if I have enough bits and pieces we will try to include you in the May month; it just depends on how many last minute members I have.  Either way, I will keep you posted 🙂

You can cancel ANYTIME before your membership renews, and I won’t send you the following month’s letter. If you forget and cancel after your payment for the following month has been made, then email me straight away (within 2 days of the renewal payment), and I can sort it out for you. Otherwise, you will get the following month’s letter and then no more.

Great question, well first up it is a surprise each month. I try to choose something that is relaxing, easy, fun, and interesting, plus not the same thing every month.  Bear in mind it needs to fit in an envelope, so it won’t be a cuddly toy, a candle, or an apple!  I try to think what would I like to get, what would make me feel loved and special and that is what I choose!
