Myth or fact?
How much do you really know about pregnancy tests?
Ten questions everyone trying for a baby has wondered about, usually at 2am, while tilting a test under the bathroom light. No sign-up, just straight facts.
Your score
- A coloured line inside the reading time usually counts, however faint. A grey streak later on usually doesn't.
- Testing too early is a common reason for a negative. If your period still doesn't come, test again a few days later.
- The difference between tests is mostly sensitivity, format and packaging. The plastic doesn't make a test more accurate.
