If you are trying to get pregnant, I have just launched a new daily fertility podcast just for you!

The daily try fertility podcastI launched the podcast on August 1st; each episode is a maximum of 10 minutes a day of me chatting about the highs, lows, ins, outs, ups, downs, and more of being on your fertility journey.  Coming from someone who has been there.

I went through one egg harvesting and two rounds of IVF to try and get pregnant; unfortunately for me, neither worked, but they did lead me to start Hoopsy, so a positive outcome.

I was thinking last week about the monthly Fertility Snail Mail letter I write; it has had such positive feedback from everyone who has received it.  But obviously when you are trying to get pregnant it isn’t a monthly thing, it is more like every minute of every day!

So I thought, what can I do to support women more, which led me to this new daily fertility podcast.

Every day I talk about a different topic, my thoughts, feelings, ideas, and how I approached it all to say I’m here and you’ve got this.

Later on, I plan to add some guests, but still stick to the 10 minutes a day, because I want to make this acceptable and a snack rather than a marathon.  Plus, if, like me, you listen to podcasts on 1.5 speed, then it is only just over 6.5 minutes 🙂

If you have any comments, ideas or suggestions for podcast episodes, or feedback do leave a comment on the podcast or drop me a note, I want this to be useful so I need feedback!

I hope that The Daily Try becomes something you look forward to, a great way to start your day, and gives you the support and connection that makes your fertility journey that little bit easier.

You can listen to The Daily Try on Spotify or Apple Podcasts.
